A machine breaking down or being out of production is a major worry for many manufacturers. Main Engineering & Maintenance offers a non-contracted Preventative Maintenance service. This service is a step up from a standard machine service and not quite as thorough as fully scheduled maintenance. It is the perfect middle ground for small to mid size manufacturers who require their machines consistently running at peak performance without having to budget for multiple years of maintenance and repairs.

Our Preventative Maintenance service works on a Ad-Hoc basis, most factory foremen know the general condition of all the machines on their floor. With this information they can create their own in house maintenance schedule and call in Main Engineering & Maintenance to fulfill the preventative maintenance requirements.

Alternatively, one of our specialist engineers can visit your premises in a consultancy capacity, take stock of the machinery you are using and provide a cursory overview of each machine, we would provide you with a general preventative maintenance schedule for you to follow. You can then utilise this schedule in house or you can bring Main Engineering & Maintenance back to complete the maintenance on a case by case basis.

This service is different from our Scheduled Maintenance service as it is not contracted and gives you the freedom to complete your own in-house maintenance.
